Life changing

I had taken out a loan to help fix up my house that had started to get infested with dry rot. I became overburdened with debt after i was let go from my job, I felt like I had no options and that all of my possessions (of which i had very little but meant alot to me) where going to be taken. I was directed to pay plan as a way to potentially lessen my rough situation, little did I know how much this changed my future. I like many other struggle with mental health, without pay plan to help guide me to repaying my debts I would definitely would not have made it this far. The friendly staff I spoke to during my assessment made me feel a little bit more at ease with my situation and that there was light at the end of the tunnel. I would highly recommend contacting pay plan if you are struggling with creditors, as they will be able to put together an affordable plan and also contact your creditors for you, relieving alot of the stress involved. Understanding when you needed it.

I got into difficulty with huge bills and barely survived COVID. Seriously there were days i didn't want to get up and some I just wanted to walk in the river. Thankfully I didn't do something like that but financial health really affects mental health. I reached out and got an adviser at PayPlan who could not have been more understanding and we worked together what I could manage to pay back to sort out my outstanding debts. First of all the accumulating interest was stopped. I've been making the regular monthly payments, sometimes more when I can to try and get everything paid off. In times of crisis it's so easy to get yourself in a mess but to have an understanding company that you can turn to without fear of shame is just wonderful. I thank them for getting my life back on the right track and soon to have repaid everything I owe. Reviewed on: 14th June 2023
