I have never had a bad telephone call with this company. Always clear, helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Feel really supported re my partner who is now permanently in a Care Home with dementia. Can get hold of them on the phone easily and receive sound advice. Reviewed on: 13th June 2023

I've used Payplan for a number of years now & since contacting them I have been able to pay my debt at an affordable price for me. Each year my annual review is simple to complete & the people I correspond with, via email, are always very polite & helpful.
