Supportive, and knowledgeable

Been with payplan a few years now. They were very supportive and put my mind at ease when things went wrong. Had no issues with them or any creditors since joining them. Road to being debt free with a pay plan

I have been with pay-plan for a long time whilst trying to manage my debts with young family and low income and this has been challenging- but with a plan I’ve managed to make it easier and realistic. Anytime I feel overwhelmed or worried about financial worries I just make a call to one of the friendly advisors who always manage to go above and beyond to help find a solution and answer to my queries. The annual budget let helps me keep up to date with incomings and outgoings and keeps me on top of things with the added hope that I’m reducing my debt and with payplan will one day be debt free, it’s all baby steps but a step in the right direction to financial freedom. And I have learnt from my past mistakes not to ever get into debt again. The amazing thing about payplan is that I’ve never once felt embarrassed or condemned because of my financial situation and that’s been the reason why I’ve stayed with payplan i know they genuinely care and nothing is ever too much trouble to help me on my journey. Help is at hand with Payplan

Payplan has tqken away the stress of repaying debts when life overwhelms you. The team are friendly and are always on hand if you have a query or financial difficulties. Every advisor I have spoken with has been understanding reassuring and polite. Payplan took the fear and stress out of my situation and allowed me to make affordable monthly payments to help me reduce my debit whilst getting on with my life.
