Since using PayPlan, I really have got my life back again! They handle the stress of money / debtors in a professional, efficient manner and ensure you are kept well informed throughout the process. Taking the step to acknowledge I had money issues was huge to me. Always been frugal but when an unexpected bump in the road of life hit us - it was difficult as it was. Finding the understanding, support and non judgmental approach by PayPlan who took control of contacting my creditors and making arrangements was a huge weight off my shoulders. So, I’ve been with PayPlan since 2009. Overall, my experience with this Company has been very good. I’m now nearing the later stages of my Debt Management Plan & PayPlan have always been there to ‘keep me on track’ with payments, support, advice, debt management, regular updates, etc. Therefore, PayPlan Ltd; are receiving my vote for this Consumer Credit Award 2022.
