Everyone I spoke to were all friendly, knowledgeable,considerate and most importantly of all, none judgemental. Anyone who has debt problems will understand how scary and embarrassing it is to make the first phone call to get help, but straight away you are put at ease with how professional the advisors are. My experience with payplan has been wonderful, the staff are very helpful and very kind, They are fully willing to listen to people like myself who are struggling with really difficult times in life and be understand and helpful as much as they can with not only taking the worry off you about your financial situation but to listen and be understanding about personal problem, which has helped me tremendously and i can't thank the company and staff enough for the help. I strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs help getting themselves pointing in the right direction and taking a massive amount of stress of themselves to make life just that bit easier to cope with. The best way forwards when you cant see one!

I was stuck at the end of my Tether not knowing which way to go with my debts untill I was pointed in the direction of PayPal. The solutions helped and stopped all of the debt collectors phone calls....! Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022
