PayPal has helped me through a very difficult time in my life my husband and I have been gravely ill and payplan has taken a lot of unnecessary worry from us by consolidating all our debts into a manageable payment given us more time to focus on getting ourselves well again without a huge financial strain adding stress to our lives Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022

Payplan have helped me sort my debts out, it is easy to use and there is support when u need it, they reply to any messages quickly. I have had a payment plan with payplan for 2 years now and everything has been as they have explained with no nasty surprises would recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022

I had to get in contact when I found myself on hard times. I had just split up with my husband and was in a lot of financial difficulties that I thought I couldn't get out of. I was given payplan mentioned to me by citizens advice and contacted them. The process was long but everything was strategically worked out. Once it was all sorted it out my mind at rest. I only have a few months left off my plan which has flown in. I have recommended payplan to friends and family and my friend did it too and she only has only 1 year left. Always helpful and reassuring during a difficult time

I have been very impressed with PayPlan. I am over half way through my IVA which is getting more challenging by the day, but staff have always been supportive and flexible along the way. The only thing I would improve is more continuity, as advisors seem to move on frequently and it would be nice to be informed in advance. Not a deal breaker though. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022
