I had struggled paying my bills after supporting my son who had been unwell for 2 years. I swallowed my pride and contacted pay plan and spoke to a lovely lady who went through everything with me and put me at ease. Took a lot of pressure of me

Payplan have allowed me to build my life back. Before I joined them I was constantly trying to cope with the letters & phone calls from my creditors. This let to a nervous breakdown which only ended when Payplan took over. They took all the pressure of me and dealt with my creditors on my behalf. I can't thank them enough. I fell into debt after being unemployed for almost a year and then taking a job that was too low paying and being unable to service my debts.
