I suffer with depression and anxiety, payplan were extremely helpful talked me though everything, they were very understanding, Symantec to my needs. I felt there was no rush it pressure to take out a plan. Everything was explained in terms I could understand and was emailed over to me. Just an amazing helpful company and I would recommend them to anyone even if they are unable to help they will advise you on your opinions. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022

I would of been lost without Payplans support

Without the help and support from Payplan I would of slipped further into debt with no way out. They helped me consoldate my debts and make one easier monthly payment. Whenever I have a question they are really helpful. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022

They listen and take everything into account

I honestly thought every creditor would not leave me alone, ringing, writing and chasing even though I had plans in place. Using Payplan stopped all of that, so helpful and they look at your finances and you as a person, not debt!!! Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022
