Well recommended

Since I contacted Payplan regarding my debt solutions, they gave me a peace of mind and stress free. Until I finished paying off my debt. Now I am debt free and a big thank you for payplan for helping me out. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Review of services

I’m currently in a DMP. This was set up very quickly and has really helped as now I pay one monthly payment instead of 10 and no further interest has been added. I have paid off almost half of my debt now. I feel that the app could be more user friendly and led to me awarding less stars in the review. The app frequently locks me out and when trying to type a message to my debt advisor it does not allow this to be done easily on an iPhone and half of the time you can’t see what you are typing. I work long hours and have a stressful job. Like most I’m struggling with increased costs of living. I felt that more empathy could have been shown when I contacted to say I wasn’t able to make my monthly payment due to this instead of telling me I’ve broken my agreement and need to fill out an income and expenditure form ASAP which is difficult after working 12 hours days. Light at the end of the tunnel :)

I started of with Payplan doing a DMP (debt management plan), but was advised I would be better off doing an IVA. They were really helpful in explaining the entire process. I am now half way through my 6 year payment plan. Some months I have struggled and they have always been understanding if I pay a week late or need a payment break (last Christmas). I would recommend Payplan to anybody who has got themselves into a position where they are struggling with their finances. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Peace of mind

I can sleep at night again after months of worry. The staff are compassionate & none judgemental which is so important after the self criticism you go through for getting into debt in the first place. They make a horrendous situation so much more bearable. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
