Payplan are always there for you. Online and on the phone. They genuinely care, they listen but more importantly they help! They are the number one support service. Regularly checking in to make sure things are ok and seeing if they can help further, Payplan are great! Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Not only would I recommend PayPlan to my friends and family, I recommend PayPlan to everyone I speak to. My life has completely made a U turn and changed for the better having been in such a stressful downward spiral financially and mentally for so long. PayPlan is the reason I’m still here today. Very quick and easy to set up from start to finish. Front line staff made the whole process seamless and painless. No issues with contacting company regarding changes or updates. So easy to make payments online with my own payday too. Also being able to pay using the mobile app is so easy and convenient.
