Was put in touch with payplan by one of my creditors, not only were they able freeze the intrest and set a plan up to make my payments manageable for the creditor that introduced me to payplan , thet were able to do it for all my debts and now i have cleared some and well on my way to clearing the rest. A really helpful service!

Payplan has been a really massive help. When things were so stressful. They were able to provide light at the end of the tunnel. They are reassuring, helpful, professional and made the whole process really easy and straight forward. They took control and put me at ease. All I can say is if you need that help just ask .The staff are always helpful and friendly.I hit rock bottom after loosing my husband, And things spiral out of control very quickly.Their help and understanding gave me the courage to ask for help.
