Have been with PayPlan for several years now, they review my plan with no pressure to me but what is good for everyone, I've always got the option to change my plan if circumstances change so overall what more could you want from someone dealing with your debt and helping you sleep at night. So kind helpful and empathy was shown to me . Very calming attitude and helpful nothing was too much trouble . My mind was totally eased with the predicament I had put myself in due partly to a breakdown . Can’t recommend enough . Always at the end of a phone should you need to speak to them .
