Fantastic Pay Plan

I have been with Payplan for about 15 years and they have been fantastic.When I lost my son and had a funeral to pay for this was added to my plan as a debt as I had to pay this monthly.They have been the best thing I ever did to get help with my debt if I could rate them above 100% I would. From the first phone call PayPlan have continued to support and advise me through the iva process. The customer service team are helpful and considerate to my situation. Very supportive and not judgemental. It's embarrassing when you get into debt and a difficult decision to approach a debt solution provider. Payplan changed my life, I was in so much debt I had a mental breakdown. I contacted payplan, they were very understanding and sympathetic to my situation. They were very knowledgeable and explained things in bite size pieces so I could fully understand what was happening. Within a week or so they had contacted my creditors with an offer of payment, and I was on my way to bring debt free.I have regular communication from them and a review every year, I'm not fully recovered yet from my breakdown but contacting payplan was the best thing I did. Friendly, approachable and nonjudgmental.

I cannot explain enough how PayPlan have saved me from a situation where I could not see a logical escape. The staff and service has been fantastic and simple. What’s even more reassuring is the service was free. There are many who claim to do what PayPlan do but you end up paying these other companies rather than actually paying your debt off.
