From the start Payplan have helped me in every way, from what I think are silly little questions to guiding me through. They are so helpful and always professional and caring too! Set up a devt solution

Initial set up was difficult and communication wasn’t great. Had quite a few problems with my debtors and I almost had the bayliffs in because of an error they made. Find it hard to categorise my payments in their budget plans. Communication is quite poor Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Saved my life

I was in so much debt with no where to turn until I heard about Payplan. I'll never forget the first phone call I made to them. The lady on the end of the phone put me at ease and told me not to worry. At the end of the call I broke down in tears with relief. Payplan made setting my DMP easy and straightforward , they supported me when i felt overwhelmed at times. They always keep in touch if needed, and i can send a message which i know will be answered promptly. The website is easy to navigate and its also a great source of info and helpful links.
