Help When Needed

I was in a desperate situation, my Wife had been medically unable to work, the financial crisis was biting hard and I was on the edge. My bank then pointed me towards PayPlanPlus and help and a solution was arranged, I had the best nights sleep in weeks. The pressure was lifted in a few simple interviews. An incredible amount of stress, pressure and worry has been lifted off me withing a couple of hours. Chatting to a PP rep, I felt someone really cared about my financial situation after my situation was explained - which I outlined in the online chat option. At last I though my problems were being shared and taken care of. A plan was put in place and PP contacted all of my creditors within a couple of weeks max. Great overall service, which I rate 10/10.
