Review of the Pedalcover, Bike & Home Insurance:

House and Bikes All in one.

I have taken out my house insurance with Pedal Cover , as the policy also covers my expensive pedal cycles, which are the love of my social life. I know that, if I was to have them stolen, or damaged in any way, I would simply be, very upset. I have total peace of mind now that I am insured, especially, with a trusted company in Pedal Cover. I know they are a family run team,who have a tremendous amount of care and compassion towards their customers. I am aware they are a fantastic employer, to local people, looking for jobs within their own, and surrounding communities.The company is also a great advocate and sponsor, toward, both Elite and amateur athletes, in a multitude of different sports. They also attend events around Great Britain , carrying out promotional work, and supporting events. In my experience Pedal Cover staff, seem trained in the most professional way, having clear communication skills, attentiveness and patience, when dealing with enquiries and claims. I personally take out my Home insurance with them, year after year, for total peace of mind, and will continue to do so . I have not made a claim on my insurance for my home and bikes, as I like to feel I give a little back ,to help this company, in promoting safe riding of pedal cycles, locking and securing our homes, so I can avoid accidents ,and Theft, as I know from previous personal accidents, and being a victim of crime ,can be traumatic. However at the back of my mind, I know the Team at Pedal Cover, are on my side, as a business I can rely on in case of a crisis. Reviewed on: 20th September 2018

All in one cover

I was fed up of massive premiums on my previous household insurance every time I added or changed a bike. Pedalcover made it so easy to cover all my bikes at once whether at home, in transit or in race transition. Great company. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 11th July 2017

Best customer service

I never bother with reviews but had to do this one. Brilliant customer service actually speaking to the team. Only equalled by the fact they saved me a substantial amount on what I was paying is the fact that their insurance is actually uasable. Other companies made me feel I wouldn't be covered if I actually wanted to use my bike. Reviewed on: 11th July 2017

They really understand cyclists because they ARE cyclists

When you speak to the guys at Pedalcover, they really get that, to you, your expensive bike isn't just a collection of carbon fibre, aluminium and rubber bits. You may not have made it, or even built it from the frame upwards, but you've carefully chosen the make and parts, agonised over the saddle height and endlessly tweaked the handlebars till they feel… just right. Passionate cyclists invest a lot of time and emotion into their bike. Plus it represents freedom; an escape from the hassles of everyday life whether that's training for a triathlon or ragging it round the woods. Excellent Cover at a Great Price

I switched my Home and Contents insurance from NatWest to Pedalcover after a recommendation from my son who is in Team Bottrill m. We are both avid cyclists and I was impressed with the level of cover we have for all our bikes which I could never get with NatWest. They are even covered for accidental damage in time trials or training.
