Review of the Pedalcover, Bike & Home Insurance:

Fantastic product, super easy & helpful in finding the correct cover, cheaper than every other insurer I tried

We live in a 400+ year old property and have always been with the Halifax for home/contents as they were one of very few who offered unlimited cover and would insure older properties. Down side is they kept increasing the premiums to the point it was nearly £3000 a year. We looked to insure our bikes and came across Pedalcover and at the same time was interested to read they could offer home and contents too. With a sigh (as every insurer had said the same they could offer a similar policy, it would be cheaper, blah blah, no one ever could) but I gave Hugh and Pedalcover a chance. Well I was gob smacked, we have BETTER cover, including bikes home more and overseas race cover as well as a policy covering excess on car insurance ALL for £1000+ less than the Halifax/others. Have been with them 2 years now and genuinely can't rate them highly enough. On top of that, the staff are so helpful when you have a query and you never feel they are just trying to sell you a policy or lead you to a certain policy Reviewed on: 19th September 2018

Excellent customer service - would recommend to anyone

Knowledgeable and friendly

Great personal experience. There was a friendly chat on the phone about my cover, we chatted a bit about bikes, and to top it off it was a very reasonable price. It was less than my previous insurance and now all my bikes are covered, bonus! Reviewed on: 11th July 2017

Good Deal

Comprehensive cover yet cheaper than separate bike cover.

Our home insurance was £250 and I wanted bike cover for my two £3500 bikes. Separate bike cover would have been over £300 just for the bikes! With pedalcover combined home and bike cover is £315 bargin! It covers all my kit and indeed anything in and away from the home. Very friendly people and it really is by cyclists for cyclists. Great, personal, customer service
