Review of the Pedalcover, Bike & Home Insurance:

House and Bikes All in one.

I have taken out my house insurance with Pedal Cover , as the policy also covers my expensive pedal cycles, which are the love of my social life. I know that, if I was to have them stolen, or damaged in any way, I would simply be, very upset. I have total peace of mind now that I am insured, especially, with a trusted company in Pedal Cover. I know they are a family run team,who have a tremendous amount of care and compassion towards their customers. I am aware they are a fantastic employer, to local people, looking for jobs within their own, and surrounding communities.The company is also a great advocate and sponsor, toward, both Elite and amateur athletes, in a multitude of different sports. They also attend events around Great Britain , carrying out promotional work, and supporting events. In my experience Pedal Cover staff, seem trained in the most professional way, having clear communication skills, attentiveness and patience, when dealing with enquiries and claims. I personally take out my Home insurance with them, year after year, for total peace of mind, and will continue to do so . I have not made a claim on my insurance for my home and bikes, as I like to feel I give a little back ,to help this company, in promoting safe riding of pedal cycles, locking and securing our homes, so I can avoid accidents ,and Theft, as I know from previous personal accidents, and being a victim of crime ,can be traumatic. However at the back of my mind, I know the Team at Pedal Cover, are on my side, as a business I can rely on in case of a crisis. Reviewed on: 20th September 2018

Still the best home and bike policy around.

The most comprehensive, non fussy policy on the market, at generally the cheapest price available. This twinned with very friendly and genuinely interested staff makes Pedal cover my home/bike insurer of choice. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Excellent customer service and competitive pries

We were insured with our bank for a few years for home insurance, and needed to add bikes to the insurance. This addiction sky rocketed the price of the insurance to what seemed like an unreasonable amount. We were recommended pedal cover by friends and found that with the addition of the bikes and a higher contents cover the insurance was cheaper than our previous. We have renewed with them this year and the price remained competitive, unlike insurers I have used before. They have great customer service and are very helpful and friendly. Exceeded my expectations ! Excellent Company :-)

I can’t recommend PedalCover highly enough. As a cyclist/Multisport athlete these guys understand my needs, and take the strain out of finding the most comprehensive package that covers all my bikes, at home or when racing abroad. I also find their pricing is really competitive. However the best thing for me is speaking to the super knowledgeable staff, everyone I’ve spoken with are really friendly (and I believe 99% of them are cyclists and athletes so they understand how expensive our kit can be) and each one strives to fit an insurance package around your specific needs. So in summary if you’re looking for a company you can trust, with staff keen to find you a competitively priced policy that meets your needs, then look no further than PedalCover they’re the best :-) Reviewed on: 4th September 2018
