Never paid out despite bonafide claim

Submitted numerous claims which the vet said should have been paid out, but they never paid out a penny. Their argument was always that the... Submitted numerous claims which the vet said should have been paid out, but they never paid out a penny. Their argument was always that the claim related to "Behavioral changes". If pets are ill, they behave differently, so this excluded all claims. Each time, the vet was shocked that they had not paid and suggested we complain to the ombudsman. Don't expect a payout from this company and find one with better reviews. Read more Read less

    Amazing price for the coverage

    This is the most reasonably priced pet insurance we've seen, thankfully have yet to claim but they seem like they would have great service if we needed too
