Tantamount to a scam!

After insuring 4 cats for many years we have made two claims. The first was several years ago, they did eventually pay out but far... After insuring 4 cats for many years we have made two claims. The first was several years ago, they did eventually pay out but far less than we expected! The most recent one was a blocked bladder that they have refused to pay out on as it “might have been stress and that’s behavioural”. Even though the vet says it wasn’t behavioural. Seem to play with semantics to wriggle out of paying. We are still pursuing the matter but so far we are not impressed! Read more Read less

    Never paid out despite bonafide claim

    Submitted numerous claims which the vet said should have been paid out, but they never paid out a penny. Their argument was always that the... If pets are ill, they behave differently, so this excluded all claims. Each time, the vet was shocked that they had not paid and suggested we complain to the ombudsman. Don't expect a payout from this company and find one with better reviews. Read more Read less

    Amazing price for the coverage

    This is the most reasonably priced pet insurance we've seen, thankfully have yet to claim but they seem like they would have great service if we needed too
