(3 are now Rainbow Bridge dogs and 2 are current pets. ) I fully understand why. My pets have always been treated well and any claims dealt with quickly. I’ve been kept updated throughout any claims via text and emails. I highly recommend Petplan and would not consider leaving them. I think it would be a great idea to introduce a loyalty reward scheme for Loyal customers and their pets. Read more Read less

The most recent one was a blocked bladder that they have refused to pay out on as it “might have been stress and that’s behavioural”. Even though the vet says it wasn’t behavioural. If pets are ill, they behave differently, so this excluded all claims. Each time, the vet was shocked that they had not paid and suggested we complain to the ombudsman. This is the most reasonably priced pet insurance we've seen, thankfully have yet to claim but they seem like they would have great service if we needed too
