Shoddy site they bombard you with e-mails, then when you apply which takes an age they pass you to a scam site. Reviewed on: 14th July 2019

Got approved and then got declined!! Staff with no knowledge of there company process !! Will definitely never use again !!

Was told I was approved and money on its way. Then half an hour later told I was rejected!! Terrible customer service with no idea how the company that employs them works. In an emergency you couldn't obviously rely on this company. Messing people about,time wasters. Definitely don't use!! Reviewed on: 31st May 2016

Brilliant customer service

My circumstances changed which put me behind on some of my bills. Called PB and explained my situation. They listened and understood my problem in which we came to an agreement that suited both parties. I recommend anyone who is having trouble paying back their loan to get in contact because they are really there to help you. Reviewed on: 28th May 2016

A real help and they listen

I went to my bank to extend my overdraft piggy bank seemed like a last option at the time, I got worried when I didn't know if I could pay it back. I spoke with a few people at piggy but in the end I got my self sorted with some help. I'm glad they listened and reassured me at the time because not much was working out for me so thank you piggy.
