Good set ice but could be better

I have used this savings account for years and love the idea of it however sometimes it doesn’t get executed as well as it could. I often have issues with logging in and problems with the new updated login system. I think if a quick online chat was added for small queries instead of having to phone up it would make most transactions through my account a lot smoother. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2020
