Responsible and reasonable

The purpose of a credit union is to help you manage your finances responsibly. Plane saver has managed to help me do that whilst also making sure I have money put away when my debt is paid off. If it weren't for this system I would likely not have done this. On contacting them to ask for some help during the COVID crisis they allowed me to withdraw just a little from that fund to help me through. They haven't been just a lender to me.
