Really fantastic and thorough tool.

Really fantastic and thorough tool. It has been a calculator to be relied on, and their training is thorough, so any questions you have about the calculator are answered well. In my line of work, it's incredibly important to have a reliable source to assist clients with better off calculations. It can also spot niche loopholes, where clients may not be getting what they're entitled to, and policy in practice explains this in details, and the calculations are explained. Fantastic Website

I have been using the service for my daily work at a local authority for a while, its so simple to use and effective. I have also provided training to use the tool with many less experienced staff and they have mastered the calculator. Simpleness is so effective, even for our residents and customers. The calculator is easy and straightforward to use. The information boxes are good at explaining what the fields mean. I like the scenario comparison feature. It's also good for calculating student income. The results page and graphs are very informative. Reviewed on: 8th March 2024

Big fans at Gloucester City Homes

My Tenancy Sustainment Team use this tool everyday to complete benefit assessments, pre-tenancy affordability checks and more. The calculator is always bang up to date with the latest Regulations and when I have submitted feedback to the Policy in Practice team they have actioned our requests to tailor the calculator to suit us. This tool is a basis for most of our work and has helped so many customers understand their benefits in plain English and broken down in a way that is transparent. Gloucester City Homes love it!
