Great features, but untrustworthy results

Policy in Practice's Better Off Calculator has the potential to be the best product of its kind, allowing even for complex calculations such as those involving student income. However, occasionally the calculation results are wildly incorrect. While I am able to recognise this as a trained benefit adviser, I worry for members of the public who may trust the results. Policy in Practice Better off calculator keeps getting better. Features are updated regularly to keep up with changes in benefits regulations; easy to understand; easy to follow and the three sections are laid out in a very user friendly manner. Reviewed on: 26th July 2023

practical tool to help calculate benefits due
