I only use this for shopping in Tesco, but the points add up very quickly, and are very useful. Never had an admin problem, customer service has been very good. so fully happy. Reviewed on: 30th April 2017

I have been using AMEX for 3 years now, and I am very satisfied with it. On the few occasions where there has been a problem, they have dealt with it promptly. The opportunity to collect AVIOS is not to be missed, and they have regular offers to save money. All in all excellent service and highly recommended. Reviewed on: 30th April 2017

Fairly good service so far- good switching bonus

Their initial customer service was dire, switching took over a month because of their ineptitude and incompetence. But that aside, their day to day handling of my account has been fine. I switched for the bonus and because my previous bank were poor, I regretted switching at first, but now I am happy with their service Reviewed on: 12th February 2017

Avoid like the plague

I chose More Than because they were cheap. You get what you pay for it seems. We had a boiler problem, they sent someone who couldn't fix boilers, he wasnt certified and said that he couldn't even open it to look at it. They couldn't send anybody else until the next day- so 24 hours without heat or hot water. THe guy never turned up. I waited all day and night, phoned them and they said he was on his way, then he was delayed, then he got lost, then he wasn't coming until the next day, 48 hours without heat or water. Exactly the same story the next day- like it came from a script. 72 hours without heat or hot water. Eventually it took two weeks, and was only resolved when I hired my own plumber to fix it.
