Excellent Building Society

I have been a customer now for 5 years. This is a remortgage for me, with H&R. All the staff are so courteous and professional. And things get done, at pace. I love this organisation. I'll be keeping my mortgage with H&R until it's paid off in future. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2022

Far to slow in administering the mortgage application

I first applied for a a mortgage in January and it took until April for it to be completed. This was for a £100,000 loan on a property without any mortgage which is worth over £1,000,000. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2022
