A reminder how great banking once was.

Having just moved into our lovely new house thanks to a mortgage from Hinckley & Rugby of course I’m going to be happy with the service. However beyond the result, what mattered to me during the process and let’s face it getting a mortgage is daunting, is I was reassured on numerous occasions that they were there to help. It was a really personal experience whereby I never felt that they were there to trip me up but support me. Very very friendly staff who were on my side. If your looking for a computer says no mortgage these aren’t your guys. If you are looking for real people to help and support you through the process then you are in the right place. Is it quick, no it isn’t but then when a business sees you as a person and not a number then that personal touch isn’t going be quick. Reviewed on: 16th December 2021
