Opening New Account

Counter staff friendly and efficient. Simple process to open a new account. HRB chosen due to better than average interest rate and a local branch nearby. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2021

Local Caring Building Society

I visited the Broughton Astley branch to open a new account recently and the staff on duty were actually from other branches and unfamiliar with where everything was stored in the branch. I commend Hinckley and Rugby for putting its customers first and maintaining operations whilst normal branch staff are off due to COVID-19. The ‘relief’ staff were extremely helpful and courteous and able to open my account promptly and provide all of the information required. Great service and product knowledge from the staff always. Highly recommend, support our local branches and keep them local. Reviewed on: 31st August 2021
