Account Opening

Together with my wife we visited the branch today and opened 3 bond accounts. We were dealt with so well, such a friendly yet professional service, it was a pleasurable experience for us both, so appreciated. Many thanks to all at the South Winston branch. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2021

Excellent service

My husband and I visited the Wigston branch this morning as I wanted to open a 5 & 2 year bond. The cashier was very friendly, explained the bonds further and advised my pass books would be posted to me. I've just received an email to say that they have been posted and will be with me soon. I came away from the branch feeling very pleased with how we were treated, the lady was lovely which really makes a difference - so appreciate such kind service!
