Excellent experience

The agent who dealt with us was very knowledgeable, extremely pleasant and very helpful with all the paperwork involved in opening a savings account for our grand daughter. We didn't find it straight forward at all, but the agent was very patient with us and was interested in us and our grand daughter as she ploughed through it all. All in all a more then pleasant experience. Reviewed on: 5th February 2021

Firstly spoketo a receptionist who was very friendly and helpful, she then referred me to another lady who rang me back. Both ladies were efficient and helpful, hence I was able to fill in my form and open a new account. Thankyou. Reviewed on: 5th February 2021
