New customer with Great first impressions

This is my first account with H&R BS and so far I can only say positive things about them. My postal application was received by them and they took the time to actually call me to confirm receipt and check that I understood the terms and conditions of the account. Great customer service

Had a call from the Hinckley & Rugby today about my recent savings account application. The lady was very friendly and just rang to see that I am happy to go ahead with the account opening and that I am happy with the terms and condition of the account.
