Friendly & helpful

I opened a 30 day notice regular saver account. In order to do this I downloaded an application form and posted it off. I had a query about my application that was quickly resolved by email. Upon account opening i was telephoned by a friendly employee and we ran through some security checks and she gave me the necessary information to make my first deposit. The only reason for not giving full marks in this review is because I would prefer to be able to open the account online rather than by post. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2023
