Great service

Your branch at South Wigston was very welcoming, clean and well maintained. The service was first class. Straight forward without having to go online, download an app and jump through hoops, like many banks and building societies seem to be heading. Reviewed on: 14th February 2023

Excellence

Without exception, the customer service of the building society is second to none. Staff are efficient and polite and access to them by phone is never delayed - straight through. If they commit to phone you back, they always do. No complaints whatsoever Reviewed on: 13th February 2023

New Savings Account

Excellent service - I had called the previous week and even though the product was being withdrawn they sorted me an appointment to call into the Nuneaton Branch to open. Was met by s lovely lady here who had everything prepared so I was only there for 15 mins. Reviewed on: 13th February 2023
