Frustrating Application Process

It was a bit of a chore trying to get all the identity documents sent by post in the correct format which took a couple of goes - it would be much easier to upload via a secure link like other organizations but full marks to the staff (Marie) for perseverance and for allowing me to keep going with the application process to open the account even though it was no longer available Reviewed on: 10th February 2023

Excellent staff and a regular saver with good interest

The staff at the Rugby are excellent, particularly Jeanette who dealt with me. Jeanette is a real asset to this building society. She is professional, very pleasant and extremely helpful. I was able to arrange an appointment on the phone for the next day and open a savings account with a good interest rate and not have to do it online. Reviewed on: 10th February 2023
