The specific facility we're using, ie a trust account that can be accessed and used entirely online including use by a trustee overseas. Not sure you could make the experience better. Reviewed on: 26th May 2021

Remarkable service

A refreshing change of Building Society standards & outstanding personal service in a world generally devoid of these qualities. On-Line facilities are not up to modern banking standards but the service more thank makes up for this deficiency. Reviewed on: 25th May 2021

Temporary restriction on taking deposits from non -existing account holders but turned down very nicely and informed that it would be worthwhile contacting them in a few weeks when I might be luckier. Thank you Jane
