Brilliant Personal Service

My grandson's 18th meant changes to his savings accounts which were held in trust. Initial enquiry was sympathetically and helpfully dealt with. A little later the same staff member, Jane Cox , went out of her way to call me ,talked me through the process and was extremely helpful . I really appreciated the very personal touch and have already expressed my sincere appreciation to Jane for her friendly and efficient service. Reviewed on: 7th February 2021
