Helpful outcome

Easy to speak to a real person without having to click through multiple options on phone. They are always friendly and helpful. Barry even phoned me back when my mobile connection failed mid conversation. He guided me through the process of making my first on line transaction. Reviewed on: 1st October 2020

Fast, efficient and polite service

The chat option is great with really short waiting times. The info is spot on and the staff are knowledgable and polite. Better service than any of the other banks I use. Reviewed on: 1st October 2020

Polite, friendly and efficient
