Helping out in lockdown

Id never used the branch before but assisting elderly during lockdown meant visiiting the city centre for print outs and so forth. What struck me on entering is how warm the atmosphere was, despite there being skeleton staff. It felt like being in an everyday office and everyone is familiar, therefore relaxed and giving off a good vibe. Whilst only being a few steps within side, the experience was utterly different to big banks, my own bank even. I felt like a customer, a person, within your branch, not like a walking process in waiting! Personally, I use online banking alot,, otherwise id readily move banks Reviewed on: 13th June 2020

Absolutely Outstanding

It’s not very often you can say that the service received was absolutely outstanding, but here we can. At the start of this horrendous pandemic we were panicking about what we were going to do, my wife made one phone call, explained the situation, and voila..... our mortgage holiday was set up to help us through this financial nightmare! Opened a new account a week ago but still have not received passbook

Was told book would be in post last Friday afternoon or Sat morning to date nothing Reviewed on: 12th June 2020
