Moorland Road Branch

I use the Moorland road branch and over the many years I have dealt with them regarding my Mother's accounts have always found them very helpful and friendly, they take the time to explain things. Reviewed on: 5th June 2020

Tried to register on line - did not receive the letter with code number. Had another try yesterday, within the hour, received a phone call, given the information required. Now all set for on line usage. many thanks Reviewed on: 5th June 2020

Following a Bereavement

My husband died on April 14th but I didn't feel up to contacting the Society at once. After a few weeks I did and the staff were extremely helpful. The necessary documents were forwarded to me promptly and once again I waited to complete them. I did contact the Society again for some clarification and again were so kind and understanding. Once I had completed and returned forms the response was so quick the funds were transferred to my account within a week. Even though this was so good I must stress that the staff were so very good to me and I cannot express my thanks for this and their help at such a traumatic time. Many thanks and I hope all is well with everyone at BIBS. Reviewed on: 5th June 2020
