Courteous staff working very professionally.

I like the way the staff at the BIBS in South Petherton go the extra mile and even in these troubled Covid19 times they manage to serve their customers, even if it is through the letter box in the glass front door! Reviewed on: 4th June 2020

poor interest rate and service

Reply from Bath Building Society Thank you for your feedback. It would be really helpful if you could contact us to share exactly where we are failing you in terms of customer service. As to our interest rates we monitor them continually to ensure that they are competitive but clearly with the Bank of England rate at an all time low of 0.10% it is difficult to offer rates that you will get excited about. That said, we have this week increased the interest rate on our 60 Day account from 0.60% to 0.80% AER and if you keep an eye on your inbox I hope that you will be interested in some new savings products that we will be launching in the next few weeks.
