Lovely little building society which connects my local village with my home town.

My best friend from school (Claire Shannon) worked with you for MANY years right from school and I know many of your other staff are the same. I like that idea. Reviewed on: 4th June 2020

I do not discuss this sort of thing with family or friends.

Pre-lockdown: The office staff are polite, efficient, and courteous. During lockdown: I have been able to make my few basic transactions by post or phone. I do not make any financial transactions by internet under any circumstances. Reviewed on: 4th June 2020

Friendly, easy to deal with.

Always friendly, knowlegeable and helpful staff. Easy to understand accounts. Unable to transfer money into account as no card machines. Reviewed on: 4th June 2020

Friendly local Society

Very cheerful staff in branch. Very helpful lady with recent email communication too. Always a bit concerned about the steps into the Wood St. branch, although nothing much you can do to make them safer, I suppose. Reviewed on: 4th June 2020
