Nominated accounts

I have two junior savings accounts for my two daughters but your system only allows one nominated account, so can not set one up for the other daughter's account and have to request by message any transfers out of that account. Reviewed on: 6th March 2023

New mobile app

I was looking to apply for an instant access account, and noticed the summary box mentioned a mobile app that I couldn’t find. Corrine told me that the app is releasing later today, and I am very impressed by this. My current building society only offers an old-fashioned looking website, so this will be very handy for me Reviewed on: 6th March 2023

I always find the staff knowledgeable and helpful about products and services when in branch. During my last visit in branch Tracey kindly informed me of a new app coming for customers. Good customer service

It is quick to contact Bath BS on the phone or on-line. Very helpful, friendly staff. This is needed because some of the available information is not clear (e.g. go to faqs to find out how to transfer money into a newly created account, welcome letter referring to a welcome pack when one will not be issued if the account does not need a pass book).
