Friendly, professional and Personal

In a society that seems to be going away from customer facing staff, you branch staff are a credit to you. Now going into a branch may be old fashioned to most but there is something about the personal touch, that your staff do so well. Tracey in particular was a pleasure to deal with and was of great help in sorting out my accounts, and any questions I had. Reviewed on: 16th October 2022

Great rates, a few issues with online access

Develop the online access a bit more. Cant seem to open multiple accounts with different linked accounts. Reviewed on: 12th October 2022
Reply from Bath Building Society Thank you for your feedback. You are able to open multiple accounts using Bath Online however you do need to wait 24 hours between opening each account. Quick and helpful customer service

I did a live chat with Olivia about a query regarding if/when an app would be released. I got through to her really quickly, and she answered my question really quickly too! Great local building society

Polite and helpful staff, good savings interest rates. Only downside is you have to live in bath £££ Reviewed on: 27th September 2022
Reply from Bath Building Society Thanks for the great feedback. We don't like putting any restrictions on our savings but occasionally we have to so that we can protect the rates we can offer. Where we do, we typically restrict availability to those that live, work or study in Bath and of course our existing members. As soon as we are able to do so we will remove such restrictions.
