I tried contacting another bank who were not very helpful and made it difficult to get in contact with someone the online chat service was brilliant and I was given lots of helpful information

Great customer service

Chelsea on live chat was kind and informative, much more so than the big highstreet banks. The only reason I didn’t put 10 stars for the recommendation, is most of my friends/family couldn’t open accounts due to not living in bath.
