Barry was super helpful and sorted the issue with log on so thank Barry. I would say BBS needs to simplify the log in and re-set password process as I am an experienced online banking user, yet felt this was not user friendly and intuitive at all. Way too many steps that were not straight forward to follow so had to call instead. Reviewed on: 31st May 2022

Superb Service

I had reason to telephone BIBS expecting the usual impersonal reception only to be amazed when a living person answered my call. It turned out to be Jane Cox who immediately understood my request and promised to send the appropriate paperwork for signing that day. Needless to say it arrived ! Every Financial organisation in the country should take a training course from BIBS in how to simply answer customers questions. Well done Jane , my grateful thanks.
