Had a difficult start, the account got locked even before it was up and running, and it took several phone calls to get it unlocked, , could have been a far easier process, room for vast improvements Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Great company

We had a lot of trouble with another lender getting our shared ownership and all went wrong and lost our mortgage offer, when we thought all was lost Newbury gave us an offer and had everything sorted for us very fast with very little hassle. They have had amazing customer support, which most other lenders don’t and just general made it very stress free for us. Once we moved in we even had a welcome box which was a nice touch from them. Back office delays

Has taken six weeks to open and transfer an ISA due to NBS back office failures. Confusion as to whether NBS have funds or not. Have had to contact original ISA provider to resend information originally sent five weeks previously. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023
