Understanding of the situation, helpful, proactive and efficient

Your Mortgage adviser Eve McDowell was exceptional. She listened, understood the requirement, explained the options and gave me time to make a decision on the right course of action for me. Once I had decided she put the paperwork into the system and the arrangements for a mortgage were made with the minimum of fuss. I have no hesitation in saying Ms McDowell is an excellent representative of your excellent organisation. It has been a pleasure doing business with her. Reviewed on: 1st December 2023
