Very happy with the approach taken and the helpfulness. Only reservations are with the encrypted communications which I found very difficult to access. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2022

Good Savings advice

Visited Basingstoke Branch of Newbury Building Soc. today. I wanted a savings account that offered a respectable interest rate. All acoounts were explained and I was able to open the one that was right for me. It was so easy. Staff were efficient and friendly. A happy experience. Reviewed on: 1st October 2022
