Great deal,poor attitude

I’m very happy with the deal I received however it wasn’t put through when I was told and was then insinuated that I was a lier when I said I had sent the signed offer over already, continued to say they hadn’t received it even with prof they had! Reviewed on: 10th November 2023

Easier and quicker than expected

Transfer of existing savings to bond more complicated than anticipated
